The technician took me right in and although I only needed to swap out a cargo cover, I was asked to wait. The pleasing surprise was that instead of putting me in the busy “que” of others waiting, the service tech did the work right away, himself, and I only had to wait a few minutes. He offered to wash the car, but I declined because of time, and he checked my tires for me. Very prompt and extremely polite.
Last time I had service for an oil change it took 4 hours, it was less this time 2 hrs and 45 minutes. My car was not washed because that would have been an additional 30-45 minutes. It should not take more than 30- 45 minutes at best. "JIFFY LUBE" is looking good for the next time. The dealership looks old and tired, You are not selling KIA"S you are selling CADILLAC's. Huge disappointment.
